TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our courses is subjected to the appended Terms and Conditions and the Trainee is deemed to have read and understood its content.
1) PAYMENT TERMS
- The Trainees agrees to the payment or schedule.
- Ourshutterjourney LLP (Ourshutterjourney Academy) will not commence the lessons until it has received
the full or first payment from the trainee unless it is agreed by both parties.

2) CURRICULUM
a) Ourshutterjourney LLP/ Academy will provide in-house curriculum/ course materials for the lessons.
b) The trainee may request for customized curriculum with at least 30 days in advance.
c) There will be no extra charges for customized curriculum
d) Professional Courses will be charged at market rate and non-negotiable.

3) HARD WARE
a) The Trainee is to provide / own all required hard ware like camera, lenses, flash, etc.
b) Ourshutterjourney LLP/ Academy may provide equipment rental services at extra charges.

4) COURSE VENUE
a) For All indoor courses, the school at its own costs will provide a classroom or a training room that is equiped with tables & chairs, Projector etc.
b) For All outdoor courses, the school at its own costs MUST provide transport for the students to travel to the course location(s).-for groups

5) CHANGE OF SCHEDULE/ POSTPONEMENT
a) All Course Dates booked are allowed 01 x Postponement and subjected to the Trainer Availabilty.
b) Subsequent Changes warrants a penalty fees of $100 per change. ($500 for group bookings)

6) OTHER INFORMATION
a) Ourshutterjourney LLP/ Academy had conducted photography courses since March 2001 to schools, community clubs and Government stat boards.

7) INDEMNITY & LIABLITY
a) Ourshutterjourney LLP/ Academy does not guaranteed a Pass for accredited courses that requires assessment. (example; Skillsfuture Courses, Professional Courses by Societies/ Associations, Training Centres or Schools under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education.)
b) Ourshutterjourney LLP/ Academy will not be held responsible or be liable to any injury or death resulting from the student’s
misadvertures or failure to follow instructions given by our Trainers.
